Each item from The Paw Print Post is thoughtfully handmade and carefully packaged with love. Because of the nature of our products — hand-painted artwork, stationery, and personalized mail — all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
