Processing & Subscription Schedule
All orders from The Paw Print Post are packaged and mailed with care.
For monthly subscriptions, the final order count is taken on the 28th of each month, and all monthly mail ships out on the following day (the 29th).
If you subscribe on or before the 28th, you will receive that month’s mail.
If you subscribe after the 28th, your first shipment will be the following month’s mail.
Example: If you subscribe on November 28th, you’ll receive December's mail. If you subscribe on November 29th, you’ll receive January's mail.
Shipping Method
All mail is sent through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using Standard Letter Mail.

Standard Letter Mail does not include tracking or insurance.

Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days within the United States, but may vary due to USPS handling, holidays, or weather delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are included or calculated at checkout, depending on your order type.
We primarily use forever stamps and standard envelope rates to keep shipping affordable and simple.
Delivery Issues
Once your order has been handed to USPS, The Paw Print Post is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged mail.
Because our products are handmade and sent as standard letter mail, we do not issue refunds or replacements for items lost in transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to help.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your mailing address before submitting your order. We cannot replace or refund items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping
At this time, The Paw Print Post ships within the United States only. International shipping options may be offered in the future.
