All items are carefully packaged and shipped from our studio. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase, as we cannot replace or refund items shipped to incorrect addresses.

All sales from The Paw Print Post are final.
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will do our best to assist.
